With certification in prenatal and postnatal training, as well as group fitness and cycling expertise, our wellness work grounds Core Compass in lived, physical experience. This direction keeps the work connected to the realities of women’s bodies, needs, and transitions, ensuring that systems-level thinking remains human and practical.

We examine how relationships, identity, family structures, and cultural narratives are shaped and experienced within film and media. From supporting screenings to contributing to projects that explore themes like Black love, we bring a narrative-led perspective to this work, ensuring the stories being told are thoughtful, grounded, and reflective of real experience.
